At Crescent 3D Printing, we strive to provide high-quality 3D printing services and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please read our refund policy below to understand your rights and the process.

1. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: If your 3D printed product is defective due to a manufacturing error or material fault, we will issue a refund or replacement.

  • Errors in Printing: If the product you receive does not match the specifications or design submitted (e.g., incorrect size, shape, or color), we will provide a full refund or reprint at no additional charge.

  • Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage to assist in the claims process.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at crescent3dprinting@gmail.com or via our contact page. Please provide the following details:

    • Order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Photos of the defective or damaged product (if applicable)

  2. Review: We will review your request within 2-3 business days and determine eligibility based on the information provided.

  3. Resolution: If eligible, we will offer a refund or a replacement, depending on your preference. If you choose a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your order or no longer wish to proceed, we are unable to offer a refund once production has begun.

  • Customization Requests: Custom-designed prints or products that were made according to your specific requirements are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Late Requests: Requests for refunds or replacements made more than 7 days after receipt of the product will not be processed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged. If we issue a replacement, we will cover the shipping cost for the new item.

5. Exchanges

We do accept exchanges in place of a refund for the same item originally ordered if it arrives defective or damaged. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please let us know during your request. We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item if the issue is confirmed to be on our end.

6. Right to Refuse Refund

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if we find that the request does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
